‘Arrest under all circumstances’: Police plan to capture Assange revealed in photo
LONDON — A confidential document photographed by Britain’s Press Association news agency lays out Scotland Yard’s simple strategy for dealing with Julian Assange should he ever try to leave Ecuador’s Embassy in London.
“Assange to be arrested under all circumstances,” the hand-written note says.

So how could Julian Assange escape from the Ecuadorean embassy and evade British police?
This is going to be the first thing the cornered WikiLeaks founder will have considered. Perhaps the fatal flaw to this plan is that the embassy is actually on the first floor of a building so any tunnel might attract the attention of the people housed below. The tall red-brick apartment block just behind the Harrods department store also houses the Colombian embassy and private apartments.
