Today we dined on organic porridge and fruit.

Looks fantastic. I like to drink water. Then, the best coffee I can find which I grind and french press. After that I burn a spliff. Then I could use exactly what is shown in your photograph, YUM!

The fruit looks nice, I usually just have coffee on a morning, I don’t reallly start getting hungry until about 2 PM

I go a week at a time having the same every morning.
This week is organic, additive free hot dogs, boiled, on whole wheat and oat bread with a slice of provolone and German garlic mustard.

We buy the house brand from Trader Joe, here – TJ is owned by the German chain Aldi – which I think operates in the UK.
Not that it guarantees the same products in each country they serve.
